As someone who has had the pleasure of using the AC30 on many occasions, I was excited to see if the ampPlug headphone amp edition lived up to the high standard of its full-sized equivalent. The SS rhythm channel and SS+ channels share a three-band EQ. Stevens typically runs his cleans bright, and there is an abundance of headroom, which Stevens says makes for an excellent pedalboard platform.
